Five Finger Death Punch Virginia Beach Concert reviews
Horrible
Usana Ampitheatre’s sound system was horrible. None of the speakers in General Admission were functioning at all. The sound was quiet only coming from the stage. There was also a fade in & out effect to the sound system. The merchandise line was as long as the event center the entire night. Megadeth played three songs with a 40 minute break trying to figure out the sound glitches. 5FDP played 3 or 4 when the entire ampitheatre went dark. It took a good 20-30 minutes for any generators to kick on power to a very limited light system. There was no announcement that anyone in GA could hear so everyone was just waiting around for the problem to get fixed. Parking lots were dark. I witnessed someone trip over a parking barrier and get injured. It took a while to find any staff which then took quite a while to find a medic. We then got stuck in the parking lot for an hour because traffic wasn’t being directed. The fans got robbed. I reached out to USANA and was informed they are not providing any compensation because “ it wasn’t their fault.” The ampitheatre was definitely understaffed. There was a lack of security, medics hard to find. Sound system non-functional. We are owed a refund on this one.
